Introduction:

At Holly Family Dental, we strive to communicate effectively and efficiently with our patients. As part of this effort, we may communicate with our patients via text message or email for appointment reminders, billing inquiries, or other relevant information.

Consent for Text and Email Communication:

By providing us with your cell phone number or email address, you are giving Holly Family Dental permission to send text messages or emails to you for the purposes outlined above. If at any time you no longer wish to receive these communications, you may opt out by contacting us at (248) 634-2301 .

Security of Patient Information:

We take the security of our patients’ information very seriously and have implemented measures to ensure that all text and email communications are secure and confidential. However, please be aware that text messages and emails are not completely secure and there is always some risk that information transmitted in this manner may be accessed by unauthorized parties.

Amendments to this Policy:

We reserve the right to amend this policy at any time. In the event of an amendment, we will provide our patients with notice and post the updated policy in a prominent location in our office.

Did you know you can complete all forms and paperwork prior to your appointment? Our Patient Portal will allow you to complete paperwork, see your scheduled appointments, pay your bill, and view informational videos related to your past or upcoming treatment.

We will need your email, date of birth, and zip code on file to enable portal access. If you haven’t received a portal invitation email, please contact us for access.
